This is how people move in Paris. Just lean a conveyor belt against the side of the building and take everything out the window.

Me at the entrance to the sewers. It was really interesting plus they sewer guy was chatty and I always enjoy a good conversation in French with a sewer worker.

Steamy sewer.

A sign for the toilets in the sewers. This entertained me a bit too much.

Me and raw sewage

Old sewer pipe

Liz and the sewers

Today it was off to the sewer museum. This would be Liz and some stuffed rats.

Random machine used to clean the sewers.

Liz and the chateau

Fountain in the flower garden next to the chateau.

What I do believe is part of the dungeon of the Chateau.

St. Chapelle at the Chateau de Vincennes just outside of Paris.

Group shot!

Kristen, me, Clark and Ilaria at the club.

Tom and me

So last night was Ilaria's last night in Paris. In honor of this we decided it was high time we went clubbing. So clubbing we went. This is Kristen, Ilaria, Vadim and Sophie.

This is the inside of the Senat. There was a Brazilian group playing.

Tuesday was la Fete de la Musique. The 21st is the longest day of the year so France does this thing where all day and all night long different music groups are playing. There was basically something going on at every street corner. All music was represented and there was techno playing outside my window until the wee hours of the morning. This would be a crowd of peopl around and African drum group.

Kirsten, me, Ilaria and Vadim infront of the sunset.

On Monday I met up with Vadim, Kristen and Ilaria for Pizza Hut which we then ate at a park near Invalides next to the Seine.

The view from the park.

Some fancy aircraft doing neat stuff in the sky.

A row of US military aircraft!

An American helicopter!

Today Tom and I went to Le Bourget for the Paris Air Show that takes place every other year. It is also Father's day and I figured I should go in honor of my dad. So here are a bunch of airplanes that I don't know what they are. This is an AWACS aircraft though. That NATO class I took sure tought me a lot...

A Helicopter. I think it is Italian. I could be wrong.

Last night my friend Daniel had a party at his place. This is Vadim, Sophie, Ilaria and Patrick playing foozball.

Me and Ilaria

Sophie, Ilaria and me on our bikes that we rented in the Bois de Boulogne that we then rode to La Defense.

Erica came to visit on her way to Slovenia. This would be me and her infront of the Eiffel Tower.

French flag in the Arc de Triomphe. Sad attempt at being artistic.
